        one line at a time

      • Who We Are

        Precision. With a gentle touch.

        Your local Vascular Access Experts

Each of our nurses are specially trained in the specialty field of vascular access and are experts in vascular access device (VAD) selection, troubleshooting and the placement of peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) lines, midlines and ultrasound-guided peripheral IV's for patients with a variety of needs.

Patient comfort and customer service are our highest priority.

        History

Founded in 2018 to address a growing need for Outpatient Vascular Access needs within the local San Diego Medical Community, Precision Vascular Access has grown to encompass the infusion nursing care needs that go hand-in-hand with Vascular Access Device insertion. Our skilled team will fulfill your vascular access needs for PICC line placement, midline placement and peripheral IV placement. We will continue to follow your patient in the home setting to collect follow-up labs and perform a nursing assessment to monitor for adverse side effects of the prescribed IV therapy.

With the onset of COVID-19, our services have become a new alternative method for physicians to manage patient care entirely in the Outpatient setting without ever having to send their patients to an Emergency Room and risk exposure.

        Mission

Precision Vascular Access strives to provide comprehensive vascular access solutions to doctors, patients and facilities in the greater San Diego area. Our team of highly trained staff aims to provide convenience and flexibility to decrease unnecessary costs and increase patient satisfaction.

Our promise is to exhibit the highest standards of integrity and provide exceptional customer service by acting in the best interest of the patient whenever possible.

        Vision

Our company services all of San Diego's vascular access needs for a variety of patients, including line placement for long-term access needs such as chemotherapy, TPN and long-term antibiotics. We also serve short-term access needs for IV hydration and same day surgery procedures for patients with known difficult peripheral vasculature.

Our vision is to expand to meet the outpatient infusion needs of an ever-changing healthcare climate in San Diego and beyond!
